I really like the product and it works well. I do have two minor complaints though. First, this stuff smells terrible, its very chemically. Second, this does not come in the standard Amazon box. It comes in a package that says Balls Balm on the front. Just be aware incase you are getting this shipped somewhere like work or something. I don't love this product. Good for sensitive skin areas with fine hair. The quick breakdown:The hair remover smells better and is much gentler than other products. Using as directed it removed most hair readily. The only problem is that if you have very coarse hair on "sensitive" areas the directions say not to exceed 16 min. This didn't quite do the trick; it simply left the hair brittle, matted, damaged, and blonde. I plan on trying again later and waiting a full 20 min as the product is so gentile on skin that I felt absolutely 0 discomfort. Update: I retried the product and I'm not a big fan. It left a lot of medium coarse hair as stubble. First, it's got a completely inoffensive smell which is kinda nice considering that you have to wear the stuff for 15 minutes or more at a time. Second, it doesn't leave me with burning, ingrown-hair bumps that make me feel even more disgusting than my natural, gorrilla-like state.The key is to remember that for truly manly-type hairy guys you're probably gonna have to go two or three rounds with this stuff before you see the full effect.
