Before this product I have had to use a combination of a razor and hair clippers for my face. This, with its dual clippers and foil does a awesome job even after a weeks growth of facial hair. Very, very impressed. The nose hair trimmer is good, I wouldn't say amazing, but it's definitely the best I've ever tried. It does certainly get the job done. A little ticklish though but no pulling whatsoever. I keep my hair short so the hair clipper attachment is perfect and works well. The product comes with three plastic guide attachments, one which is suppose to be used for trimming hair. You have settings from "1" to much higher. The problem with this system is the "teeth" on the plastic comb guide are thick. Which means if you are trimming your head of hair (I had my wife do this), well if you want short hair, its going to create "tiger stripes". That is .. when you make a pass, its going to cut very uneven because the plastic guide gets in the way of an even trim. My original cutter for hair has a guide that simply raises the trimmer from the head to varying lengths but keeps the head of the trimmer all exposed thus creating an even trim. Pick it up with one hand, and the stand will cling on, drop off and fall over, maybe into the sink. 2) The stand holds 2 trimmer heads, but they're in an awkward position inside the frame of the stand that doesn't leave much room for your fingers.
